Neuschwanstein and Ludwig ll
A daytrip from Munich to Fussen in the Schwangau is an unforgettable experience.
We booked this trip on line before we went, definitely worth it although you do need to be fit as the walk to the castle takes about 1/2 hour and is up hill. ( there is a horse and carriage and also a bus that will take you most of the way but not all for a cost.....the queues were very long but we enjoyed a slow stroll up to Neuschwanstein)
